Red Vision Host is operated by Red Vision Strategies. This policy applies to the Red Vision Host public website and to information handled in connection with Red Vision Host services.

2. Information You May Provide

Depending on how you interact with Red Vision Host, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business and contact information, project or contact-form information, account and billing information, domain-registration information, and support communications. The public quote form requests contact and business details, the service you need, an existing website if applicable, your preferred contact method, and project details.

Account, order, invoice, service, and support information may be processed through the customer-management and billing system used to provide Red Vision Host services.

Payments, Domains, and Service Providers

4. Payments

Red Vision Host supports payment processing through Stripe and PayPal, along with offline payment methods where applicable. The public website does not collect payment-card numbers. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy practices.

5. Domains

Domain registration and transfer information may be shared with registrar and registry providers as necessary to provide domain services. Red Vision Host currently uses NameSilo registrar integration. Registration data may also be subject to applicable registrar, registry, and ICANN requirements. This does not mean that all domain-registration information is publicly displayed.

6. Hosting, Infrastructure, and Other Providers

Information may be processed by vendors needed to operate the website, customer portal, email, hosting or infrastructure, domains, payments, and support. Red Vision Host uses providers only as reasonably necessary to operate and support its services.

Information may be used to provide and manage services, process orders and payments, communicate with customers, provide support, administer domains and related services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve operations.

8. Sharing

Red Vision Host does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the business or provide requested services, and when legally required or appropriate to protect rights, safety, systems, or customers.

9. Cookies and Technical Information

The public site uses a session cookie when you use the quote form to support form functionality and security controls. Hosting and infrastructure providers may generate routine technical logs, such as request and device information, to operate and secure their systems. The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics. The customer portal and third-party providers may use their own technical controls under their applicable practices.

Retention, Security, and Your Choices

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Red Vision Host uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting support@redvisionhost.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, service, or other operational reasons.

Red Vision Host services are not directed to children under 13, and Red Vision Host does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

Red Vision Host operates from Washington State in the United States.

Red Vision Host may update this policy from time to time. The current version will show its effective date on this page.
